Room Idrija
The master bedroom in the 5-bedroomed apartment is called Idrija. There is a high ceiling and blinds on the high double windows. The double bed with fine linens is extremely comfortable. The pillows and duvets are made out of natural fibres. The furniture is made out of beautiful lacquered wood. The room is named after the Slovenian town of Idrija, which is under UNESCO heritage protection. The mercury mine has already been closed down, however the age-old lace tradition still continues. There is a lady who keeps this tradition alive and her wonderful laces are obtainable in a beautiful boutique on Mestni trg in the city center. |

Room Radovljica
Room Radovljica contains one double and one bunk bed. The double bed can be separated into two single beds. Four people can sleep here. There's a high ceiling and large double window with blinds in every room. The beds are custom made and very comfortable, with high quality mattresses and linens. The room with the violet high ceiling is decorated by the two hand made hearts, made out of ginger bread in the ginger museum in town Radovljica, short one hour drive from Ljubljana. We recommend you have lunch at Gostilna Lectar... and visit a bee museum, a Slovenian pride. Room Ribnica is the adjacent room. It is named after the town Ribnica, where "suha roba" is hand made nowadays. 4 people can sleep here. |

Room Lipica
Room Lipica can also accommodate four people. Maybe you have heard of the Lipizzaner horses? If you plan to visit Postojnska jama or Skocjanske jame, again just one-hour's driveaway from Ljubljana, visit beautiful Lipica as well. There is a high ceiling and double windows with blinds. The compact customised beds are made of solid wood. The Lower beds can be used as normal beds. Sitting upright is comfortable and the upper beds are surprisingly comfortable as well and easily accessible by wide ladders. All beds are equipped with powerful reading lights, power sockets and boxes for personal belongings; glasses, phones or watches,... or a book. This room is connected with the adjacent room Planica, named after the world ski jumping events, a Slovenian national pride that takes place in March. |
